2. i like this whole neighborly idea about be respectful of us and go talk down the block in front of a building that doesn't have a sign like ours.

the maintenance man outside this building tried to tell me that i was on private property (!) (?) and, i guess, couldn't take the photo. then, minutes later, i had a somewhat harrowing ride in our work elevator.

score a point, after all, for the buildings.
